Beginner’s Program

Our Beginner's Program is the ideal way to start CrossFit. It is a four-week on-ramp program that consists of 12 classes (each 60 min) that teaches you all the basics of CrossFit and shows you how working out regularly and consistently will both improve your health and quality of life.

Program Structure

  • 12 Classes in a small group setting with two experienced coaches
  • Covers all the basics of CrossFit (Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Cardio/Endurance)
  • Each class consist of a warm-up, skill or technique training and a WoD (Workout of the Day)
  • Classes are being held in English 
  • Each class provides a real life context i.e. how certain movements will help you be more efficient with other movements outside the gym


Class Schedule

We offer six Beginner's classes per week. Class content is identical on Mondays/Tuesdays, Wednesdays/Thursdays and Friday/Saturday.

Price & Costs 

Regular Ticket

The regular ticket price is 80 EUR (25.000 HUF) for the entire program. Refunds are not possible neither partially or entirely.

All You Can Move (AYCM)

Interested people with an All You Can Move card (sizes M, L, and XL) will need to check in before every class and pay a one-time fee of 40 EUR (12.500 HUF)

Group Classes

The next Morning Program will start January 3rd, 2018 @ 8 am. ​

The next Evening Program will start January 2nd, 2018 @ 6.30 pm. ​
