Class Structure

CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. To prove this point, below we show you three exemplary days of programming like you would see it on our Whiteboard. Each class would take 60 minutes. 

Monday

Part A: 

Handstand Walk / Push Up Practice.

Part B:

For time/Finish as Fast as Possible:

Short Workout Explanations

Part A is a classic Gymnastics element, which will help you to learn how to move your body properly. Part B is the Conditioning, in which we try to get rid of the extra kilos or make us a bit leaner.

Wednesday

Part A:

Work up to today's heaviest Power Snatch. 

Part B:

Back Squat 5 x 5 

Short Workout Explanations

Part A is Olympic Weightlifting, where it's all about developing power, explosiveness and speed. Part B is all about building strength. Everybody knows that squats forge beautiful bodies.

Friday

Part A:

Short Workout Explanations

This day consists of a longer Conditioning workout. This is perfect to work on both - strength endurance and stamina, which will help you to burn fat and become more lean.

During the class, experienced and CrossFit-certified coaches will explain and show all movements. We strive to ensure our 60-minute classes become the most enjoyable part of your day.
