As you can see this workout consists of 4 different movements - pull ups, push ups, sit-ups and air squats. The workout format is called Tabata and consists of 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Including the one minute rest in between
We love this particular workout format because it allows our members to work extremely hard for 20 seconds but then they also get 10 seconds to rest, so they can work hard again for the next 20 seconds. This way your heart rate goes all the way up and you start burning calories like a combustion engine even long after you finished the workout.
