Welcome to the CrossFit On-Ramp Program! Our comprehensive onboarding process is designed to ensure your successful journey into the world of CrossFit. It's ideal for anyone looking to start CrossFit or returning to CrossFit after a longer break.

About the Program

On-Ramp program is more than just a program; it's your gateway to mastering CrossFit. In this mini-course, you'll dive into the foundational movements of CrossFit, along with the essential exercises frequently performed in our group classes. On-Ramp also serves as your introduction to the unique language of CrossFit, complete with our quirky acronyms. It's your chance to experience how each class flows and to conquer your very first benchmark workout!

1. Personalised Start
You will begin with three private sessions. Guided by our qualified coaches, you'll not only learn the techniques behind the movements but also build confidence in performing them. Knowledge is power, and the more you understand how your body moves and how to perform exercises correctly, the lower your risk of injury becomes. We're committed to your safety and well-being, and our On-Ramp is your passport to moving intelligently and safely.

2. Experience the Energy of Community
After your private classes you will transition to our group classes. After building a solid foundation, you'll seamlessly transition into three dynamic group classes. Here, you'll connect with other members, meet our the other coaches, and experience firsthand the energetic flow and supportive environment of our regular classes. Our community is the best.

Our Coaches

Klaus Jespersen (57)

Klaus, the founder and owner of Reebok CrossFit Duna, hails from Denmark and has been a resident of Budapest for quite some time (since the 90s, to be precise). His life took a positive turn 15 years ago when he discovered CrossFit, which became a catalyst for his personal transformation.

Klaus is deeply passionate about the power of CrossFit and its ability to bring about positive change. When he's not coaching, you'll likely find him training right alongside you.

Gábor Faludi (40)

Gabor is from Budapest and joined Reebok CrossFit Duna in 2016 as a member, and started coaching in 2018 after quickly falling in love with CrossFit. He is passionate about classic, simple and elegant CrossFit conditioning workouts. He is also diving deep into longevity, focusing on the importance of a proper warm-up, mobility, sleep and many more.

Neja Molan (33)

Neja, originally from Slovenia, discovered her passion for CrossFit in late 2017. What started as a personal interest quickly evolved into a love for coaching, with a particular focus on gymnastics. She takes immense joy in witnessing people make remarkable transformations, whether it's in their movement, overall well-being, physical shape, or accomplishing movements they once believed were beyond their capabilities.

Sören, the co-owner of Reebok CrossFit Duna, is a native German who relocated to Budapest in 2013. His journey began at Reebok CrossFit Duna, initially as a member and soon after as a coach and co-owner.

Alastair Vela Stiles (40)

Alastair originates from little Malta, a tiny island in the middle of the Mediterranean. His CrossFit journey started at Reebok CrossFit Duna in 2014, and his competitive athletic background shortly afterwards led to him coaching professional elite CrossFit athletes.


Alastair’s mantra is, “aim to be a better you everyday” and he believes that CrossFit can be a huge catalyst in making this happen!

Is a Certain Level of Fitness Required to Begin CrossFit?

No, CrossFit is an inclusive sport suitable for individuals of all ages and body types. Thanks to its diverse range of exercises and customizable intensity levels, athletes can achieve outstanding performance while respecting their personal requirements and staying within their capabilities. CrossFit workouts are highly adaptable, allowing beginners and seasoned CrossFit enthusiasts to participate in the same routines, with variations in exercise load and intensity as needed. 

What Are My Options After Completing the On-Ramp Program?

Upon completing the On-Ramp program, you have the flexibility to choose the membership plan that best suits your needs. We have different membership options: 

  • 9 Times Per Month: Ideal for those with a moderate training frequency.
  • 13 Times Per Month: Suitable for individuals looking to commit to a more regular workout schedule.
  • Unlimited: Perfect for those who want unlimited access to our classes.

Additionally, if you prefer a more personalized approach, you can opt for private training sessions. The choice is entirely yours, and we're here to support you in achieving your fitness goals.

Is there parking in front of the gym?

Yes, there are ample free parking spaces available in front of our gym, and even more on the island. When you arrive, simply inform the guards that you are here to visit the gym, and they will assist you accordingly.

How many people are normally in class?

Our class attendance limit is set at 12 participants. This intentional limitation allows us to ensure that every individual in the class receives sufficient attention and personalized guidance. It enables us to tailor the workout to meet the specific needs of each participant, ensuring a high-quality experience. By maintaining a smaller class size, we prioritize individual attention and strive to provide a supportive and tailored environment for your fitness journey.

Can I pause my membership?

Certainly! We understand that there may be circumstances where you are unable to visit the gym for a period of 7 days or longer. In such cases, we allow you to pause your membership (excluding the Occasion Pass). However, it's important to note that we cannot apply pauses retroactively. To request a pause, please email us at info@reebokcrossfitduna.com prior to the intended period of absence. Our team will be happy to assist you in making the necessary arrangements.
